OPEN EDITION PRINT RETURNS PROCEDURE
No refund is given for any reason only a replacement with an identical item where the item arrives in a damaged condition.
Please follow the instructions below for the returns procedure for open edition prints:
On receipt or your print if boxes/packaging is noticeably damaged please sign on collection as damaged. This assists the follow up with the carrier company where a return is necessary.
All returns must be reported by telephone (07961 093041) or email (email@example.com) within three days of receipt - no item will be accepted for return unless pre-authorised.
All prints being returned MUST be individually and securely packaged, preferably in the original packaging with the removal of the delivery label, to reduce the risk of further damage being caused.
On receipt of the damaged print an identical print will be posted to you within ten working days.
